Below you will find a general
layout of the hall, a list of local amenities
which should be of help to brownie packs and some local
hotels and guest houses for wedding receptions and parties.
Although licensed to hold a
maximum of
200 people, the suggested number for a sit-down reception is no more
than 120 to 130 for comfort.
Hire of the main Hall includes the use of :
12 x 8 ft trestle tables
12 x 6 ft trestle tables
21 x 2 ft sq tables
chairs to match
130 place settings
(including plates, side plates, bowls, cups and saucers and cutlery)

New alcohol and entertainment licensing laws
Rotherwick Village Hall now has a Designated Premises Supervisor. Any bookings that will be selling alcohol must contact Colin Harry to organise their bar. In the event that a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is required, only 12 licences will be approved by the local authority for the hall each year, on a first come first served basis.
