| Welcome to the Rotherwick Village Hall website. From here you can find out what’s happening at the Village Hall and check availability from the diary, check booking rates, terms and conditions and facilities and e-mail your booking request. You can view internal pictures and a plan of the hall. The hall is used most days of the week for regular clubs, and can also be hired for such events as Wedding Receptions, Parties, Barn Dances and Brownie Pack Holidays. To book the Village Hall or to obtain further information please contact the booking secretary: Mrs Polly à Court Alternatively e-mail your booking request with date(s),time(s)(including preparation time) and a contact phone number. Also please advise if you would like the date provisionally held if it is available. PLEASE NOTE: As of 09/12/2008, a 30% deposit will now be required for all bookings with the full amount due no later than 14 days before the event date. In addition a refundable security deposit will be required for all Weddings and Parties and the standard terms and conditions have been updated. Site last updated 19/01/2009 |
